01 Emotinet app

I joined the project when the web app was already live, and led the adaptation to mobile, shaping the first version of the Emotinet App. I implemented tools like Jira, Scrum, and Confluence, organizing the workflow through a hybrid approach combining Design Thinking and Agile. I designed the company’s first design system, created the initial Emotinet logo (later refined by an agency), and developed Psiconnea’s brandbook. I coordinated design, development, and marketing teams across Spain and Argentina, led Scrum ceremonies, and served as a bridge between UX/UI, development, and business. In the final phase, I designed newsletters for email marketing campaigns and helped update both Psiconnea and Emotinet websites (WordPress + Elementor). My work contributed to improving product KPIs and consistently meeting business goals.
