At Psiconnea, I played a key role as Product Designer, leading the design of intuitive digital experiences for the Emotinet app, currently available in stores. I managed the app's design while optimizing user interaction through conversational AI training and chatbot creation. I also developed functional interfaces with iterative testing to ensure accessibility and scalability, and designed strategic newsletters that improved KPIs, driving continuous user growth. This role allowed me to combine UX/UI, accessibility, and product strategy to enhance mental health through innovative digital solutions. I implemented Jira and handled the backlog and Scrum ceremonies until the PM arrived.
